Vista - Deleting downloade program files

I have an old MSN Photo Upload Control and want to delete it and download the
newest one but cannot find a way to delete it. Anyone have any ideas?

I've browsed to the file but when I right click all I get is "Properties".
I've just hit the "Delete" button, but nothing happens. It's NOT in the
Add/Remove Programs either.

Try Internet Explorer > Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable
Add-ons..., and then Show: Downloaded ActiveX Controls. Select MSN Photo
Upload Control, and click on Delete.
