| | Vista Outgoing Firewall Hello all, | | I noticed my pc was playing up for a few moments at certain times and after | a bit of trouble shooting i.e recently installed software, I tracked it down | to Paint Shop Pro XI. | | It relates to Protexislicensing, some licensing check. | | Searching google I found, | http://ussenterprise.blogdns.net/blo...02/16/316.aspx | | Ignoring the fact about individuals trying to crack it, my question is about | one of the posters mentioning about their 3rd party firewall highlighted the | culprit wanted access to the internet. | | Now my question is that I thought Vista checked outgoing connections, should | it too not of advised me about this service trying to access the internet? | | I used to have zonealarm on XP and found it very useful / informative.. Was | I wrong ? should I get zone alarm again? | | Thanx |
