Can't send pages AS e-mail

Yesterday I was able to send pages and links from IE. I Just installed
Office Home and Student 2007 and also the PDF plugin. I don't know if there
is any connection, but I no longer can send pages and links from IE. I have
searched for settings in all the associated software, but have been unable
to get the previous capability back. I also can not send as e-mail from
OneNote and
Word.

Please help.

Re: Can't send pages AS e-mail

Well, I was sure someone in the ng would be able to help out on this question, but nary a soul volunteered. In the meantime, my daughter, who had bought the same laptop / software combination, encountered the same problem. She called Microsoft and was lead through a five or six line addition to the registry! She called me and walked me through the same correction. Now, everything works. Looks like it was a bug, because the same problem occurred in two machines, and the MS support person knew how to fix it right away.

Can't send Email from Word 2007

Re: Can't send pages AS e-mail

Hi, my name is Jean at psyche1902@yahoo.com
I am having the same problem--I create a document in Office Word and go to
send it as an email from Office Word and it won't do that. I uninstalled
and reinstalled the program. That still didn't work. Since I just bought
this product yesterday--if I call technical support will they walk me through
this as well? Or do I have to pay them $59? Thank you. Jean.
