Vista - Posting error message and double posts

Every time I post here I get this:

An error occurred while sending your post
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We're sorry, but there was a problem with the system and your post was not
received. The error has been reported to Operations and will be investigated
as soon as possible. Please try again later.

And when it happened yesterday, I reposted, and found to posts appeared on
the site afterward. Then the posts were both deleted, at least, that's what
I assume. What'z up?
