Vista - Purchased Music Won't play

I recently purchased a laptop running Vista Home Premium. I installed
Napster Light and updated all the purchased tracks I had bought in the
past to the library on the laptop. When I try to play the tracks in
WMP11 I get an error that the track can not be played. I also get an
error when I try to play the track on the player that is built into
Napter. Does anyone have any clue if there is a DRM setting or
something with Vista that will not allow purchased tracks to be
played? I tried to contact napster and they said it was a microsoft
problem and when I contacted Microsoft they said it was a Napster
problem. I'm just looking for a solution to play the music that I
paid for on Napster. Any help on this would be appreciated.

i am not an expert (yet) but did you back up your DRM license? otherwise
they wont play
