Vista - Hide Vista Taskbar (without using auto-hide)?

Hide Vista Taskbar (without using auto-hide)?

In XP one could hide the taskbar by simply clicking and dragging the top of
the bar. That feature no longer exists in Vista?? You can only auto-hide now?

Yes, and this solves a long standing problem with people who have "lost"
their taskbar.
