Good to see you have a sense of humor about the whole thing. Sorry to hear
you're having problems, though. Don't feel alone... some folks can't get
iTunes to work in Vista (software used to copy music to iPods, the most
popular, by a massive majority, portable music player on the market.) Others
have no issue, though.
If you can't find an answer before your return period expires, then yes,
return the RCA player. I'd do a little research before buying another player
though... I wouldn't trust the word of a kid working at BestBuy or Circuit
City, as to whether any given player is Vista compatible.
