MSN Premium

Have had Vista since early February and MSN Premium will not work. When I
attempt to run the application, it says the program (MSN explorer) has known
compatablilty issues with this version of windows. I go ahead and click the
"check for solutions online" and am routed to the "download updates for MSN
explorer" page. After downloading/running the msn explorer 9.5 application I
get the error "Error creating process<msvc.exe/Q:A>, Reason: Access is
denied". I've been reading these posts the last several months and seen
similar questions, and that Microsoft knows about it, but I've not seen any
solutions posted. Thanks in advance for any help.
