Vista - Jabra Headset GN 5035

This plug 'n play USB headset is not working. Manufacture says it is Vista
compatible. Help?

What does not working mean? Any error messages? Did the headset come with
drivers?

Have you contacted the manufacturer to check for any known issues in Vista?

Ronnie:

There were no error messages. The headset did not come with drivers, and the
manufacture said that there were no known issues with Vista.

Have you gone into Device Manager and checked to see if it is listed and if any
problems are reported?

Also, have you gone into Playback Devices (right click on Notification Area
speaker icon). right clicked the window and selected show disabled devices and
show disconnected devices and selecting your devices and setting them up in
their properties?

Based on your advise, I got my Jabra headset to work, after I made it the
default device.
