Vista - oem bios hacks?

have any of you seen all of these bios hacks for activating vista? i was
wondering why these people dont get sent to jail (the ones who made them).
or is it legal to make just not to use?

They have to be located first.. call around to my place and we will

surely it's just a smple ip trace by using something like neo trace? find
the posters ip or even ask him what his tel num is cos u need to talk to him
etc trace it and send police not hard... hmmm or maybe " Dog the Bounty
Hunter " that would give that nerd a suprise >

The IP address I gave you for me is me, but equally it could be you if you
were connected behind a broadband router.. I narrowed it down by adding
Canada, but I live in the second largest country in the world, so it will
still take time.. many hackers also operate from countries where there is
no law stopping them, and even if laws are present, it is almost impossible
to get them.. however, hackers do make mistakes on occasion, and that does
lead to arrests..

Dog is presently tied down with problems all of his own, I think.. a couple
of black SUVs sporting the Vista logo might have a similar effect however..
