| | Network Problem Hi, I am having a problem with windows vista 32 premium. The connection icon at the lower right of my screen, the one with the two monitors, has a red X between them. I try to check my network connections, but when the window pops up it sits there loading for about 5 minutes and then doesn't show me the connections. In the one labeled Network and Sharing center I can't click anything and it bugs my computer. I can only close the window. Anyone have any idea what is going on? I can't offer you a definitive answer, sorry. My best guess is that your ethernet driver needs updating. When you open Device Manager (via Control Panel) do you see any devices which are marked with a yellow exclamation point? |

| | Re: Network Problem. I'm no help..... I can also connect it the internet or existing networks, but cannot acces the Network and Sharing area, nor simply the Network file.... something is amiss...
