Vista - Lost Battery Icon

Vista Ultimate RTM on a Dell Precision M90

How Can I get the battery icon back to show in the system tray?

I have searched high and low, in Power Options, Battery Plans and just about
anywhere else. My battery icon isn’t hidden, it’s simply not there.

All help would be much appreciated.

I lost the sidebar icon the other day and couldn't get it back no matter what
I did. I finally just used system restore and used a restore point for a day
before, and it's back.

Right click Taskbar - Properties - Notification Area - System icons - Check
Power
