Vista - Voice error in Yahoo Chat rooms

I have this problem since I upgraded from XP to Vista Ultimate. I simply
cant get voice in any of the yahoo chat rooms whether I use Yahoo Messenger
or any of the other 3rd party chat clients. Does anyone know how to resolve
this?

This is a known problem with the Yahoo products on Vista. I believe it occurs
due to the change in Vista's audio stack, and Yahoo simply never
re-programmed to compensate for it. They have a Vista-compatible version in
the works, though it has been in private beta for MONTHS:

I ran into the same problem trying to join a Yahoo conference call. :-(
