Default Sidebar Settings for All Users?

    Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to configure the same Vista Sidebar
configuration for all users who log into a PC.
I tried to make the change to the settings.ini file in the Program
Files\Windows Sidebar folder, but this did not work.
We use mandatory profiles in my organization, but the AppData folder
in the profile only contains a "Roaming" folder, not the "Local"
folder where sidebar settings should be located.
The "Public" folder, previously known as "All Users," does not contain
    an AppData folder at all.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jamie

If you want it customised, you have to do it for each user account.

I would try these steps from MVP Ramesh to create a custom default user
profile. Although the instructions are for XP, they are probably the
    same for Vista.
