Cannot access printer via web page

I have an HP2600n printer which has an Ethernet port built in. I finally
figured out that UAC has to be enabled to connect to a network printer.
After renabling UAC, I was able to get it installed, but no matter what I
do, I cannot access the built in web page to configure the printer. As soon
as I try to access it in Vista HP using IE7, I get a WebPage Cannot be Found
error. It does not seem to be any security software I have running because
if I start up a session of VMware running Windows XP SP2, I have no problem
accessing the page. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
