| | Handheld doesn't appear in Sync Center but does appear in Computer Since upgrading from XP Pro to Vista I cannot sync with my HP IPAQ RX3715 handheld. In Sync Center when I set up a new partnership the device itself is not listed but the iPAQ file store and the Storage card in the IPAQ are. They both have "Sync media using Windows Media Player" underneath. In Computer the HP3715 is listed under Portable devices. In Device Manager under Portable devices there is a listing for Windows Mobile device when the IPAQ is in the USB cradle. I don't understand why it doesn't appear in Sync Center. Hope someone can help, please. |
