These are files pulled off the internet by Vista as you work through the day, They are temporarily stored in that folder for use and are usually deleted when you shut down. | | Re: What are these files? Not sloppy really, IE5 up through IE7 is your Internet Explorer. It is one of the most forgiving programs on your computer.
