| | Problem Reports and Solutions This is a neat little program, but how do you access the "Additional Information". They give you a Bucket ID number, but where do you go from there? thanks |

| | Re: Problem Reports and Solutions That information is really only useful to Microsoft. Sometimes the information in the event log is more helpful (and often not). If it's a crash you can often use the downloadable windbg tool from Microsoft to get a handle on the offending driver causing the crash.
