Vista - Home Premium to Business Upgrade

If I purchase a machine that is delivered with Home Premium as standard can I
use a Vista Business Upgrade disk (from Microsoft Action Pack) to upgrade to
Business version or is the upgrade only supposed to be for upgrading XP Pro
to Vista Business.

I upgraded from Premium that came on the laptop to Ultimate with no
problems.

That's very interesting in light of the fact that there appears to be other
threads that say you can't do that. Those threads imply you can only go from
Premium to Ultimate, so I guess those are wrong.

You can not do an in-place-upgrade from Home Premium
to Business. You must do a custom clean install.
