Vista Tutorial - Cannot install latest update

Windows notified me of a update - KB931768 but when I go to download and
install it keeps failing. I have called microsoft support several times and
no help. Any suggestions. This failing of updates only started after I had
a system crash and had to re-install vista ultimate from a backup.

I have Vista Ultimate. I installed/uninstalled this update 3 times. It
caused strange behavior
with WinMail - I do NOT have it on my machine. Others have experienced
problems with this update too.

Hi, I experienced this problem too, the only way to make this update install
successfully is to download it from microsoft site manually

I d/l this update, installed, and ended up with the same Win Mail problems.
At least I've learned ho to uninstall updates in the last 2 days ;-)

Other posters have had IE7 issues and other various odd behavior
