I get a very similar error on my custom built PC with Vista home premium and
an Intel D975XBX2 mobo w/ core 2 duo 6400 processor. The source is
"volmgr", but the event ID is 46 vs. 45, and message is "crash dump
initialization failed!" Google and Yahoo searches turned up nothing.
