I recently purchased a sony vaio micro computer (model #VGN-UX280P) and it
came with Windows XP. I bought the upgrade version of Windows Vista Business
from Bestbuy. I've had nothing but problems intsalling the OS Mirgration
updates from sony.com. I've been on numerous chats with their tech support.
Each tech has given me different answers. The last one said that it's an
install shield problem and directed me to an KB article on reinstalling
install sheid, here on microsoft's website. Unfotunately, it is an article
for XP and not Vista. Does anyone know how to reinstall the install sheild
wizard?
