| | RE: Start Menu icons problem after recent update I would suggest going to Stardock.com They have this Icon packager (stand-alone) $14.95 I installed the whole suite but used the Icon packager and that resolved my icons which appeared corrupt during the upgrade. (all the folders, etc) Anyway, with the above package you can change all your system icons if you want. It was worth the money and no hassle.
