| | Vista showing my e6600 processors under UNKNOWN I have a field in my device manager for my e6600 processor,its under unknown, and says Intel processor (listed twice). From what I remember, shouldn't this be listed under processors subtab, not unknown? Vista 64 if that helps. |

What does it say it System (Control Panel) for your processor? It should be listed under processors and it's normal for it to be listed twice when you have a duo core or hyperthreading enabled. For now, I would check to see if there is a newer BIOS available for your motherboard. Shawn |
