Vista - Quick launch icons are gone and missing

Hi, Im using Vista in a domain.
While logging into the local user, I've got all icons and buttons and the
quick launch icons are there to joy my day
While logging into the domain account, they are gone and I can't restore them.
I've tried anything I can think of and nothing work.
Even when checking the box of "show quick launch" the Vista just ignores it.

Any ideas??
