Blocked starttup programs

When starting Vista 32 bit I recieve the prompt some startup programs have
been blocked. I open the window "Show or remove blocked startup programs"
but it doensn't say anything about what's being blocked. It just shows what
is permitted and the "not yet classified". When I click on "run blocked
programs" it says "system configuration utility". Why is that being blocked?

Re: Blocked starttup programs

Go to Microsoft.com and search for "autoruns". It's a great utility that
shows all your startup stuff in great detail. You should be able to find it
there and turn it off...
