| | New Vista user - Horizontal scroll bar settings to remove I had been working with Windows XP Pro - currently using Vista Home version. I access hotmail, Outlook (2000 &/or 2003) and some web sites where the horizontal scroll bar will appear, requiring me to read some text that continues off the view page rather than wrap/contain it within a view. I would like to deactivate the horizontal scroll bar (ie: reading hotmail in XP never imbedded a horizontal scroll bar to my opened mail and now that's the only way I can read it). View doesn't seem to offer the on/off option nor can I find where I can click on the bar anywhere itself for an option to remove it. Please tell me how I can remove horizontal scroll bar from my view settings so my pages will automatically wrap in Vista. Thanks. LY |
