running old games

Any idea on how I can play my old games on vista home? I have installed
BLOOD and HEXEN and set to win95 mode but when dos window opens it says
cannot run in full screen mode. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Answers not
too technical please.

Re: running old games

hello.. you can try dosbox that is a very good dos emulation program for dos
programs and games:

http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/

Re: running old games

Well I dont play games much .. but I remember using it some time ago with a
program...

and I dont think something bad can happen.. when it says "mount" it means
that it just makes the drive
accessible to the dosbox.

Ok if you run a dos virus in there.. sure harm can be done! lol... but the
mount function itself I think is
harmless
