Do you have some sort of music player by Creative? Googling for "Quick
Read" doesn't really bring up much since that's such a broad search
term. The only link I get that might be a clue is for Creative's Zen
Stone music player. You'll either need to provide more details for those
of us who can't see your computer or examine what is running on your
computer.

As always, ask yourself The First Question of Troubleshooting: what
changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
