Multiple Remote Desktop Connections?

Hi,

Have a brand new machine running Windows Vista Ultimate. Remote
desktop works fine, however it looks like only one person can remote
desktop into the system at a time. If a second person wants in then
the first has to be disconnected.

Any way to have 2 remote desktop connections going at the same time?

I'm pretty sure Vista is the same as XP. Doing so would break break the
license agreement (EULA).

Anyone else?

Yeah, you can do it, if you get a second RD solution like Tight VNC (free)
or others, because they will be using a different TCP port. TCP port 3389 in
Windows RDP port. I don't know what Tight VNC ports are but you can look it
up with Google.

Other than that, you have to buy Win 2K3 server using terminal server. Vista
has Teminal client, which is RD on Vista.

I hear you can install software on XP pro that will turn it into a Terminal
server.

In fact you can have up to 21 simultaneous users - each on their own
desktop.

Too bad that's another missing Vista "feature" that requires going to a
third-party and spending USD$299.95.

Love and Kisses,
Doris
