| | Windows Date and Time GMT problem I am using Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic, and under Windows Time (Date and Time) I've set up an additional clock for GMT (UTC)...so, I gave the clock the name UTC, set it's time zone to GMT Grenwich, Dublin, London, etc. from the drop down list. Now, I goto a site that uses UTC and my UTC/GMT clock is one hour fast...the only thing I can think of, is because we are observing daylight savings time here in the U.S....but UTC does not observe daylight savings time. I hope this is the right place to post this...hehe, I kinda new to newsgroups. |
