| | Expand Sub Directories In XP you could click on a directory in explorer and it would instantly expand the sub directories. Is there a setting in Vista that will cause this? Thanks |

| | Re: Expand Sub Directories Hello Greg, The following paragraph is copied from the Help and Support topic I have linked to below. Windows Explorer had a folder tree that you could use to navigate to any location on your computer. It's now called the Folders list, and is available in the Navigation pane of every folder. To open the Folders list, click Folders at the bottom of the Navigation pane, and then click the folder you want. To close the Folders list, click Folders again. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...71033.mspx#EWD I hope this information answers your question. |

| | Re: Expand Sub Directories Not really. In XP when you selected a folder, it would automatically expand the sub folders as well as show them on the right. Vista doesn't expand the sub-folders once you select the main folder.
