| | Error 1920 Installing Diskeeper 2007 Professional. Near the end of the installation I get Error 1920. I have done the following: 1. Remove Norton AntiVirus before doing the Diskeeper installation. 2. Activated Event Reader. 3. When the message pops up, gone to Services and selected Diskeeper and pressed Start. - I get another error message - Error 5, cannot access. Diskeeper FAQs don't have a solution that works for me. Question - in systems running XP, the event log has to be turned on to solve this problem. My Vista does not have an "Event Log" running in Services. Should there be an Event Log as a separate Service in Vista? Any help I can get to solve this problem will be appreciated. John |
