In theory at least, any appication software from Win9x and up (not
hardware drivers/software) should run on Vista, although Vista may
switch off the Aero effect interface for some applications, personally
I'd simply try installing it and trying it out, searching for
resolutions or patches for any problems you encounter, and if for some
reason the system does become less stable remove it!

The following link is a list of "Vista Certified Programs"

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933305

Of course just becuase it didn't make the list doesn't mean it won't
    run.

    Hope this helps,
    John

unfortunately, just because an application DID make the list doesn't mean it
    will run either.
it DOES mean they paid a fee to Microsoft to have their application included
    on it.

...much like all of the "Vista Certified" hardware being sold that doesn't
    work.
