| Guest | Re: Program Compatibilty issue on startup It appears that you are trying to download or install updates for Windows Small Business Server. Altough these updates address issues with Vista compatibility and SBS, they are meant to be installed on the SBS, not on the Vista clients. -- Jane, not plain 64 bit enabled :-)Batteries not included. | Guest | Re: Program Compatibilty issue on startup Jane, This is Vista Business on a pc.....came straight from a pc store....pre loaded....why would this be asking to install on the pc when it is meant for a server? | Newbie | Re: Program Compatibilty issue on startup I know this might sound silly, but have you loaded the Vista compatibility updates onto the server for Vista? I have documented them at http://uksbsguy.com/blogs/doverton/archive/2007/02/28/using-windows-vista-and-outlook-2007-in-a-windows-small-business-server-2003-network.aspx thanks David (admin for UKSBSGUY.com) |
