I've recently noticed that the fonts in Help and Support are no longer
working, i.e. everything is in Times New Roman and everything basically
looks a mess. Here's a screenshot:

What could be causing this?

My recommendation would be to open Help and Support. In the top left corner is an 'Options' box. Under Options select 'Text Size'. change it to medium.
