Webcam - Veo Web Camera V300000

A couple of years ago I bought a Veo Web Camera V300000 that works
well with XP. However the driver CD doesn't support Vista (a message
from it so indicates), and just plugging the camera into a USB port
produces a message stating that Windows was unable to find a driver for
it. I tried going to http://www.veo.com but get a message indicating
the site is unavailable. If any kind soul knows a solution to this, I'd
sure appreciate hearing about it. I'm running the Business version of
Vista for whatever that's worth.

Have you tried the compatibility wizard?

Grege,
I tried the compatibility wizard even though it warns against using
it for "system programs" (which of course a driver is). The install
blew up and asked if I wanted to send relevant info to "Uncle Bill". I
did, and have 100% confidence that MS will put a high priority to fixing
it, and I'll recieve a fix within a week. :-) And if you believe that,
I can tell you another one! :-D Thanks anyway.
