Vista Tutorial - restore point creation failed (what does that mean?)

i ve installed vista a week ago, i run scans with my spyware doctor
antispyware and when a scan is finished a get this message:

system restore point creation failed. error(2). what does that exactly
mean??? the message comes up every time i run a scan

My guess is that 1) Spyware Doctor isn't completely compatible with
Vista - contact their tech support for help with their product; 2)
Spyware Doctor is apparently trying to set a System Restore point before
it runs and it doesn't have the proper permissions. Item 2 is probably
because of Item 1. The answer is to contact the Spyware Doctor people
about what to do.
