The Quick Launch Toolbar (on the left side of the taskbar) only displays 4
icons . After that it has an arrow and everything is grouped in.
How do i get it to have more than 4 icons ?
and then how do i add pgms to it??

Right click on the taskbar and uncheck lock the taskbar. Drag the seperator
over to show the rest of the icons. To add more just drag them from the
desktop. To get them to the desktop just right click any program icon and
send to desktop as shortcut.

Good luck.

FYI, you don't have to do the double step to get it on the Quick Launch
Toolbar. Right click the exe file or shortcut and select Add to Quick
Launch.

Actually, you don't have to get them to the desktop first. Just right-click
the icon of whatever you want to move and then drag it directly to the
quicklaunch bar. At least that process works for me. I just tried it and was
able to drag a program icon to the quicklaunch bar. When I released the
mouse button, it asked me what I wanted to do and I chose to create a
shortcut on the quicklaunch bar.

That's even better than the answer I just gave, Rock. I never knew that
option was there. Thanks!
