| Guest | No sound?????? I changed my computer to vista, and then I noticed that there is no sound!!! So I went to sound prefrences and it said I have two devices (I only had One!!!) the one i dont have was working fine but the speaker are not connected. So I disconnected the speakers and plugged them again, and still no result. I went to help center and didnt find anything helpful. P.S. When I had XP every thing worked fine |

| Guest | Re: No sound?????? Go to the manufacturers site and download the latest drivers for your sound card. If it's on the motherboard, download drivers from their site. | Guest | Re: No sound?????? Have you tried DELETING BOTH sound devices in Device Manager and then rebooting. Also, have you downloaded the latest Vista drivers for your audio adapter? What is your audio adapter? | Guest | Re: No sound?????? Control Panel > Device Manager, click + sign to expand Sound, video and game controllers. There should be an entry (2?) with something like Realtek High Definition, Sigma Tel, etc. Post back with what you find and if you have duplicate entries for the same device.
