Thankx Neil , I appreciate the information. HP told me do the same as the
others but also added that I should disable all the services other than
windows in selective startup in the msconfig. For anyone having the same
problems follow the link Neil gave and you should find the answer seeing that
some of idiots at HP may give you bad advice will possible ill consequences
like what they told me to do, which would have disabled some of my programs
such as my anti-virus at startup. Don't ask them just read the articles.
