Vista - Window Vista...

I am having truoble deleting unwanted program from this Window Vista.
I tried to delete from the Program Files, but it required a permission, from
whom? I am the administrator.
Any suggestion?

you should uninstall NOT delete.

There is a way to turn all of that crap off, thru the control panel, I am
sorry, but I can't remember how to do it, and I can't find my notes, no
passwords, no popups for permission, it is all turned off. So, yes there is
a way to turn it all off, and I am only telling you so that you do not give
up, and just move on, you may try posting the question in
microsoft.public.windows.file_system. I had multiple responses from a guy
named Justin who really helped me allot, he is one of the architects of
Vista, and responds to the newsgroup as a volunteer, in his spare time, but
he will help you, but of course there is allot of mail posted there, so
good luck
