| | Can't see all my files and folders in Documents I upgraded my HP laptop to Windows Vista and recently, for some reason, I could not see the files in "Documents", for example my music and pictures anymore. I know my Itunes are in there for example, but I can't seem to view the files. They are still on the machine because I can still play the music files, but for some strange reason, I can not view them anymore. And also, not sure if this is related, all of a sudden my Norton 360 is asking me to activate. Please help. |

| | RE: Can't see all my files and folders in Documents Look for a folder called Windows.OLD Its where windows packs things up when it upgrades from vista. It should be in the system folder if I am not mistaken. | | RE: Can't see all my files and folders in Documents Actually, I couldn't find my files after I had created all the new files in the "Documents" folder in Vista. I had already transfered over all my files from the Windows.old folder. I had been using Vista for a few weeks and had a lot of files, that are still there, I just can't "explore" them for some reason. For example, I can still play my iTunes music. Thanks.
