| | Transferring Word 2000 documents I just got my new pc today. I was using Win98 and copied all my Word documents to a CD. I've installed Word 2000 but when I try to open the back up CD it tells me the parameters are incorrect. HELP! I have a lot of documents on there. What's going on? -- aud1950 |

If yes, try copying the files to your hard drive and then try opening the documents. -- Michael Solomon Backup is a PC user's best friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ |

When you do post there, be sure to tell them the exact verbatim text of the message you receive. -- Ken Blake, Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Please Reply to the Newsgroup |
