Vista - INSTALL SPANISH LOCALE

I just installed Vista Enterprise on my computer and I'm having trouble using
a program
because of this error:

"Log in has failed.
Error -3280: This is not your fault. Contact your system administrator with
the following information: "The client locale: Spanish (Honnduras) (18442)
does not match with the database locale: Spanish (traditional Sort) (1034)"

I've searched anywhere for this Spanish traditional sort language for vista
but have'nt been lucky, dos anyone know where can I find it?

Hi Roberto,

It's a problem with connecting to your network, and the error message's
suggestion is the best one. You need to contact your sysadmin with this
issue.
