Vista - aero problems

Hello,
I have a Windows Vista Ultimate, I just installed it 2 days ago... The aero
feature not only doesn't seem to be working, but it doesn't even seem to be
there in the menu. There is Windows Vista, Windows Classic etc... But no
Windows Aero at all.
I have Sony Vaio PCG-K23(UC) - Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.90 GHz, 512 MB RAM and 32
bit. I don't know, what other info you might need to help me. Could there be
a problem with the video card?

Aero requires a minimum of 1GB of system RAM.

You can get Aero working with 512MB RAM if your video card supports it. You
have to do a couple of reg hacks.
