Vista - Yahoo jukebox instillation stuck

I tried to install Yahoo Jukebox but the instillation is stuck at 99%. I've
tied to uninstall it but I get nasty messages about the program being in use.
On my old computer i would just have pressed ctrl, alt. delete then shut
down that program. Apparently I can't do that with Vista. I've tryed to
uninstall using the desk top, and the program file, but I still get that
message.

Any suggestions? Help!

What happens when you try ctrl-alt-delete and select shut down that program?
