Vista - KMS Server n count

KMS Server n count

Having to setup 25 machines plus a KMS server is not very feasible for most
people but testing must be done before system wide rollouts can begin. Can
the KMS server's n count be manually changed to testing could be performed
with a smaller number of devices?

which stooges the n count.
