There's a little triangular black thing to the left of 'All programs', if
that's what you meant.

Hi,

What Jon said, but next to > Back.

If so, just click on it.

I don't have a triangle. It was working fine in Windows Vista not classic
start button and now when you click on start and it opens up there is a
search bar and then at the top the stuff I put there and to the right columns
control panel etc all ok - just no way to hit the program button and see the
programs. Works fine in classic.

Opens Windows Explorer (WINKEY+e) and check the Programs folder at:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.

This is the folder that should contain the All Programs shortcuts. Are the
shortcuts in this folder?

Have you recently moved any folders to different locations?

Have you tried System Restore?

Ok Lythria,

Have you tried doing a restart to see if it was just a fluke?
