Add or Remove Programs > Windows Components. | | Re: Active X Control not working? I am using Vista Home Premiun. I followed the steps, I do not have "ActiveX Installer Service" on the list of Windows Features On and Off. I uninstalled Flash Player and reinstalled again, Adobe sites said Successfuly Installed and played the movie. Once, I chaged security setting to default, I started getting the pop up messages "IE has blocked this site from using ActiveX control in an unsafe manner. Ok, IE security settings is not my area. Steve might post back with more suggestions. You might want to post to the internet explorer newsgroup as well. http://www.microsoft.com/communities...&lang=en&cr=us -- Rock [MS-MVP User/Shell] |
